030 Enough to let go

030 Enough to Let Go

During this past month, I’ve spent countless hours of time and energy defining my four core desires that will launch me into 2013. Not to be confused with New Year’s Resolutions, these are the feelings that drive my goals and intentions. Defining these four driving, desired feelings emerged from conversations with my “marble jar” friends, exploring Danielle LaPorte’s Desire Mapping, and reading several books including Brené Brown’s The Gifts of Imperfection, Seth Godin’s The Icarus Deception and Steven Pressfield’s The War of Art.

These four desires…etched in my mind, worn on my body, carried in my heart and bound in my soul have brought with them the courage to let go.

I have enough to let go of all that does not inspire adventure.

I create enough to let go of all that does not release articulation.

I give enough to let go of all that does not return awareness.

I cherish enough to let go of all that does not reciprocate allure.

I am enough.
