Tonight at dinner I said to my beautiful daughter “I love your confidence, where does it come from?” Her reply? “My self!”

There, between bites of Sizzler steak and Malibu chicken my daughter taught me the basic learning blocks of self confidence, self love and self awareness. She said she wanted to be a teacher when she gets older. Oh, my sweet angel, you already are!

Self confidence means letting go of external conditions and the expectations of others.
